Ideal for someone proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with document management systems, this role involves working directly with the Operations Lead and playing a key role in a range of administrative tasks, contributing significantly to the smooth operations of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly under the guidance of the Operations Lead to support operational strategies and activities.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams for daily tasks and communication.
  • Manage and operate document management systems efficiently.
  • Provide excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Electronically uploading and managing documents
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are readily available and functional.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Perform other general administrative tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented attitude.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar.
  • Experience with document management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Previous experience working directly with an Operations Lead or similar role.
