You'll gain hands-on experience in tech recruiting, working alongside seasoned professionals to uncover hidden talent and bring them on board to help us build incredible products.

What You'll Do:

  • Find the Rockstars: Identify talented software engineers, IT pros, and data experts on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and at industry events.
  • Chat It Up: Engage with potential candidates through resume reviews and friendly phone calls to assess their skills and cultural fit.
  • Set the Stage: Schedule interviews between candidates and our hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Build Connections: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process, addressing their questions and providing updates.
  • Keep Track: Meticulously log candidate information in our system to keep everything organized.
  • Stay in the Know: Monitor industry trends, salary expectations, and new technologies to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Team Up: Collaborate with hiring managers and other recruiters to understand our needs and devise strategies to attract exceptional candidates.
